SEOUL — A traveler on an Asiana Carriers flight told police he opened an entryway on the plane minutes before it arrived in Daegu, South Korea, on Friday since he was "awkward," Yonhap News Organization revealed.


The man, in his thirties, was confined on landing. He let police know that he opened the entryway since he "needed to get off the plane rapidly," Yonhap said on Saturday, refering to the Daegu Dongbu Police headquarters.
