Islamabad: The Judicial Commission has approved 9 additional judges for the Lahore High Court.
A meeting of the Judicial Commission was held under the chairmanship of Chief Justice of Pakistan Yahya Afridi.
According to sources, the names of Khalid Ishaq, Chaudhry Sultan Mahmood, Jawad Zafar, Sardar Akbar Ali Dogar, Owais Khalid and Malik Javed Iqbal have been approved for additional judges.
According to sources, the names of Hassan Nawaz Makhdoom, Ahsan Raza Kazmi and Malik Waqar Haider Awan have also been approved for additional judges
