Judge Jeffrey White of the United States Federal Court said in the decision that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza. .
The decision states that the US administration has failed to fulfill its responsibility in stopping the genocide in Gaza. However, it is not within the court's jurisdiction to stop the US from supporting Israel, so the case is dismissed.
This decision of the Federal Court has come after the historic decision of the International Court of Justice last Friday.
The American Center for Constitutional Rights filed a lawsuit in federal court on November 13 last year on behalf of Palestinian human rights organizations.
The plaintiffs in the lawsuit requested a preliminary injunction to stop Biden, Blanken and Austin from immediately providing additional money, weapons, and military and diplomatic assistance to Israel.
