Aamir Khan's evergreen film Lagaan 2001 was at first proposed to Abhishek Bachchan, however he turned down the deal.
Bachchan says that he felt that he was excessively crude for a film like Lagaan. He says he was not the least bit prepared for the part.
While conversing with ETimes, the Dasvi entertainer expressed: "I was persuaded I was not appropriate for the part. I was excessively crude and youthful to bear a film as epic as Lagaan. Obviously, I realized it would have been tremendous. However, I was simply not prepared to be essential for it."
As per India Today, the 47-year-old entertainer was likewise asked, in the intervie, whether he would consider doing Lagaan now on the off chance that he gets a deal.
"I'm happy Aamir did Lagaan. He carried such a lot of sorcery and believability to the task. Each film and job have their own predetermination."
