Shehzad Roy unveils ‘full career path’ for Karachi female students

Famous vocalist and donor Shehzad Roy has divulged a "full vocation way" welcoming female middle of the road understudies from Karachi to get a Lone ranger of Instruction (B.Ed) degree from Government Rudimentary School of Training (GECE) trailed by a task which could be changed over into a level 16 government instructor post.

In a video message on Thursday, the famous vocalist said the understudies who moved on from his establishment in Karachi will find an administration line of work in government schools took on by his non-benefit association (NGO) — Durbeen.

In a Twitter post, Roy said the work presented by his NGO-run government can be changed over into government grade-16 government educator post after clearing the instructor permitting test.

Additionally, the beginning compensation of the new alumni would be equivalent to an investor and legal counselor, he added.

 He said the understudies who are showing up or have previously finished moderate tests can apply for admission to his foundation by July 8.

Last month, the Sindh government supported the educators' permit strategy proposed by the School Instruction and Proficiency Division.

Sindh Instruction Priest for Schooling Sardar Ali Shah had said that the motivation behind the showing permit strategy is to carry proficient abilities to educators.

"The nations that have presented the showing permit framework have progressed in training," the priest said, adding that Pakistan positions 63 among 64 nations in the global math and science concentrates on patterns.

He added that there would be three kinds of showing licenses which incorporate essential, rudimentary and auxiliary. He said that the permit will be given to new instructors after they step through the examination.

"The permit will be legitimate for quite some time and will be reestablished. The permit will be for the new 700 opportunities and the educators will be enlisted on grade BS-16," he added.

Specialists from Aga Khan Board, the non-benefit association Durbeen and different foundations will make the strategy. According to the strategy, an educator should a permit for advancement.
