Alice Subbard's novel 'Lovely Bones' has become a Hollywood movie

American author Alice Subold has apologized to a man who was found guilty of raping her after 16 years in prison.

Alice Subold was raped at the age of 18 on her way to university in New York. One day after the 1981 incident, he identified a black man walking down his street as his alleged assailant.

Police arrested a black man named Anthony Broadwater, who was jailed for 16 years on Ellis Subold's testimony.

Alice Subold has published the details of the incident in her memoirs under the name 'Lucky'.

Anthony Broadwater has issued a statement through his lawyer after being acquitted of the charges, in which he said he was satisfied with Alice Subold's pardon.

Alice Subold said in her apology, "I am deeply saddened by the years that you have been unjustly deprived, and I know that no apology can change what has happened to you."

Alice Subold's memoir "Lucky" sold over a million books, boosting her career. After that his novel 'Lovely Bones' became very popular which has been made into a movie in Hollywood.

Meanwhile, the publisher of Alice Subold's memoir Lucky has announced that it is suspending the sale of the book and will work with the author to consider changes.

The suspects were not identified during the parade during the parade, but police still decided to prosecute them.

However, when the case reached the court, Alice Subold accused Anthony Broadwater of rape in the court. The court found Alice Subold guilty on the basis of her testimony and a microscopic analysis of Anthony Broadwater's hair.

Anthony Broad was released from prison in 1998 but his name remains on the list of sex offenders.

Although Anthony Broad had served his sentence, his case was re-examined on November 22 this year and he was acquitted on the grounds of insufficient evidence and obsolete testimony.

Why was the case reopened?

It was decided to make a Hollywood movie based on Alice Subold's memoir 'Lucky'. While researching the film's production, executive producer Timothy Mochante questioned the evidence that led to Anthony Broadwater's conviction. But when executive producer Mochante voiced his concerns to his team, he was told that the film's script had been approved by lawyers.

Executive producer Mochante has now parted ways with the film. After leaving the film, he hired a private investigator to share his concerns.

Mochante says that when he hired a private investigator, he came to the conclusion in just two days that Anthony Broadwater had been convicted of a felony.

Mochante says it was not possible for him to blame 18-year-old Alice Subold for the injustice.

He shared this information with the police, who re-examined the case. After reviewing Anthony Broadwater's testimony, police concluded that he had been convicted of perjury.

Anthony Broadwater, now 61, told the Associated Press that he had been shedding tears of joy since hearing the news of his death.

Alice Subold said in a statement that she had been trying for the past eight days to understand how this happened.

Alice Subold added that she also struggled with the fact that her rapist had never been caught, and that there was no possibility of her being caught. He asserted that his confession had been obtained through torture, and that his confession had been obtained through torture.
