Choice to be taken once Pakistan hears worries at PCIW level.

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has painstakingly answered India's notification sent on Indus Waters Settlement (IWT) 1960, saying it was prepared to pay attention to New Delhi's interests at the level of the Extremely durable Commission of Indus Waters (PCIW), The News announced refering to sources in principal legal officer's Office.
India prior gave a notification to Pakistan on January 25, looking for changes in the settlement two days before the knowing about the Court of Discretion in The Hague that occurred on January 27-28. India had broadened the notification by summoning Article 12 of the settlement.
The authorities said Pakistan was prepared to pay attention to Indian worries on the settlement at the level of the Extremely durable Commission of Indus Waters (PCIW). They said Pakistan was a lower riparian country while India is upper riparian and the lower riparian nation couldn't ridicule the Indus Water Deal's arrangements or commit any material break.
The authorities likewise said that the choice regarding the conferences on changes to the settlement will be taken once Pakistan heard India's interests at the PCIW level.
Be that as it may, they said under Article 12 of the arrangement, the current settlement will keep on ruling except if the gatherings to the debate — Pakistan and India — respectively acquaint changes with the agreement.
