Indian FM Jaishankar invited Bilawal Bhutto at SCO disputable.
"India haven't allowed us an opportunity to whine," FO representative says.
Baloch says Bilawal's handshake with Jaishankar "routine custom".
Indian Outer Issues Clergyman Subrahmanyam Jaishankar invited Pakistan Unfamiliar Priest Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari on Friday as the last option showed up at the gathering of the Shanghai Participation Association (SCO) Chamber of Unfamiliar Ministers (CFM) in Goa.
The gathering of the CFM was booked to start in the first part of the day and by early afternoon, the "choice record" will be marked, which will be trailed by a functioning lunch.

In the mean time, Unfamiliar Office Representative Mumtaz Zehra Baloch said India has given Pakistan not an obvious explanation to gripe with respect to Bilawal's visit to go to SCO unsettled in Goa.
"They haven't allowed us an opportunity to whine. Everything is great up until this point," she said while addressing Geo News in a selective meeting.
When inquired as to whether Bilawal's handshake with his Indian partner Jaishankar was intelligent of past sharpness, Baloch said: "You are providing it with a ton of significance. It was a normal custom."
A day sooner, Bilawal showed up in the Indian city on his very first visit to India, expecting a "effective" meeting of the SCO unfamiliar priests.
Following his appearance, Bilawal turned into the primary Pakistani unfamiliar clergyman who visited the adjoining country after a hole of almost 12 years.
Addressing the media subsequent to arriving in Goa, the unfamiliar priest said: "I'm glad that I have arrived at here in Goa to go to the SCO meeting. I trust that the SCO CFM will be a triumph."
The representative further let Geo News know that a host invited Bilawal as they accomplished for other unfamiliar pastors.
Answering an inquiry in regards to Top state leader Shehbaz Sharif's visit to India in July to go to the SCO highest point, the FO representative said expressing anything at the moment is too soon.
During the visit, Bilawal — close by his designation — is set to draw in with a few of his partners from various countries.
In a video message that he posted on Twitter, the unfamiliar pastor said he is planned to meet his Russian partner, Sergey Lavrov. Then, at that point, he will meet Uzbekistan's Unfamiliar Clergyman Bakhtiyor Saidov.
Following the gatherings, Bilawal is set to go to a supper where unfamiliar clergymen from every one of the countries will be available. From that point onward, he is set to draw in with media staff for interviews.
