The Legal Commission of Pakistan (JCP) has supported hoisting Peshawar High Court (PHC) Boss Equity Musarrat Hilali to the High Court.

Equity Hilali is the main lady from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) to be named as the zenith court judge and the second lady in the country's set of experiences to be raised to the High Court.
In January last year, Equity Ayesha Malik impacted the world forever in Pakistan's legal framework after she was designated as the SC judge by the JCP with a vote of five to four.
