The source said that Johnny is unflinching with the analysis and on second thought "accepts she should ever figure things out to stand out."
"Johnny cherishes that Lily is cutting out her very own profession and provoking herself to take on jobs that interest her and test her.
"He adores that she is her own individual and turning into her own entertainer. She isn't laying her profession on his prosperity," the insider added.
