ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Administrator Imran Khan was barraged with more than two dozen inquiries when he showed up before two joint examination groups (JITs) on Sunday for examinations in 12 cases enrolled at various police headquarters under Enemy of Psychological warfare Act (ATA) and different regulations, The News detailed.
The JITs, headed by SSP Yasir Afridi and SP Rukhsar Mehdi, separately, put in excess of 25 inquiries to barbecue Khan.
While recording his assertion, the previous top state leader confirmed that he had "no severe dislike of Pakistan and the public foundations".
"I regard the Pakistan Armed force, saints, ghazis and landmarks of saints from the center of my heart," he said.
Sources trusted to this journalist that Khan transparently censured the May 9 episode however said: "The PTI laborers or I don't have anything to do with the May 9 event."
He guaranteed it was a scheme against him and his party.
"I won't ever acknowledge liability regarding the event on the grounds that the scheme has been brought forth by the public authority and policing participated in capturing me and the party in legitimate grips," he kept up with.
Answering an inquiry, the PTI boss said he noticed oppression from the public authority quarters when they endeavored to kill him on May 25 last year.
"I don't consent to the declaration that the PTI laborers were engaged with ninth May episode since I have verification of trick connected to the event," he over and again asserted while answering the JIT questions.
"They are attempting to dispose of me from governmental issues yet they can't win in their plan," Imran closed.
Imran showed up before the two JITs comprised under the management of DIG (Activities) to explore 12 arguments stopped against him and to record his assertion as to the lawbreaker cases enlisted under the Pakistan Correctional Code (PPC), ATA, and Support of Public Request (MPO).
The previous PM kept his proclamations in seven cases (4 enrolled under ATA offenses with the CTD police and three with various police headquarters).
