COLOMBO: Mohammad Rizwan has supplanted Sarfaraz Ahmed as a blackout substitute in the continuous second Test among Pakistan and Sri Lanka at the Singhalese Games Club, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) said Wednesday.
The PCB said that match arbitrator David Help acknowledged the group the board's solicitation for the replacement.
Sarfaraz was hit on his head while dodging a bouncer by Asitha Fernando in the early evening meeting on day three. He scored 22 runs prior to being resigned harmed.
