QUETTA: The Balochistan High Court (BHC) on Monday excused a first data report (FIR) documented against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Director Imran Khan for offering remarks against state organizations and their officials during a discourse.

The case
The argument was enrolled against Khan on Walk 5 under numerous segments of the Pakistan Corrective Code (PPC) and the Counteraction of Electronic Wrongdoings Act, 2016 (PECA).
The FIR, enrolled by Abdul Khalil Kakar, included Areas 153A, 124A, and 505 of the PPC and Segment 20 of the PECA.
