Lahore issues traffic plan for Asia Cup 2023 matches

LAHORE: City Traffic Police Lahore gave a traffic plan for three One Day Worldwide (ODI) matches of Asia Cricket Cup 2023, booked to be played at Gaddafi Arena from September 3 to 6, The News investigated Tuesday.


Lahore Boss Traffic Cop (CTO) Commander (retd) Mustansar Feroze reported that befitting traffic game plans had been made for the consistent holding of three ODI matches in the common capital.


Around 10 appointee administrators of police (DSPs), 110 traffic examiners and in excess of 2,000 traffic work force would execute their obligations — under the oversight of Director of Police (SP) Sadar Malik Ikramullah, SP City Shahzad Khan and SP Central command Sohail Fazil — at lodgings, air terminal, Gaddafi Arena and stopping focuses.

The competition would start from August 30 with the principal match being played at Multan Cricket Arena.
