ISLAMABAD: Unique Court Judge Abual Hasnat Zulqarnain, who has been hearing bail supplications of imprisoned previous top state leader Imran Khan and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Bad habit Director Shah Mahmood Qureshi in figure case, has gone on leave until September 8.


The PTI's legitimate group involving advises Babar Awan, Salman Safdar and Naeem Haider Panjotha arrived at court where the staff notified them that Judge Zulqarnain was on leave because of his significant other's ailment and the meeting looking into the issue was concluded till September 7.


Thusly, the PTI's lawful group arrived at the court of Judge Raja Javad Abbas and begged him to hear the bail request.


To which, the appointed authority answered that he was unable to hear the case as he was not the obligation judge.


"There is no warning of the obligation judge of the Authority Privileged insights Act. On the off chance that the Islamabad High Court can check it, no one but I can hear it," Judge Abbas commented. "I can hear instances of 24 courts as an obligation judge however not to the degree of the Authority Mysteries Act."


Legal advisor Awan proposed recording an application and moving to the high court for the knowing about the bail requests. Judge Abbas agreed with Awan's idea and said the IHC would settle regarding this situation.


Judge Abbas likewise addressed how his court could hear the code case since it falls under the domain of the exceptional court. He expressed that he would hear PTI's application at 12pm today to conclude whether his court could hear the bail requests of the PTI pioneers.


Afterward, the PTI lawful group pulled out the application for a meeting in Judge Abbas court.


Last month, ATC-I Judge Zulqarnain was given an extra charge of the exceptional court laid out under the Authority Mysteries Act to hear matter connected with the conciliatory code that the Government Examination Organization (FIA) said was lost and involved by previous PM Imran Khan for political purposes.


The code case preliminary is being held in-camera.
