ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has seen that the segments applied to the code argument against Imran Khan include passing and life-term punishments, and the body of evidence against co-charged Shah Mehmood Qureshi will likewise be found in a similar setting.
The court gave a definite choice on Saturday, dismissing the bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Bad habit Director Shah Mehmood Qureshi in the code case.
IHC Boss Equity Aamir Farooq gave the definite 10-page judgment, saying that the blamed for abetment, connivance or supporting and abetting of wrongdoing would be treated as the primary charged.

In the judgment, it was said that the court dismissed the bail and coordinated that the preliminary ought to be finished in about a month.
