The constitution does not say that we should order repeated elections. Two days ago, an application was filed in the Election Commission against the intra-party elections of Tehreek-e-Insaf. PTI founding leader Akbar S. Babar had filed a formal application in the Election Commission. In the petition, it was said that election symbol bats should not be allowed until transparent intra-party elections are held.

The Election Commission should order a new intra-party election. The Election Commission should appoint a neutral party to conduct the PTI intra-party election under its supervision. A similar application was filed by Islamabad resident and PTI member Raja Tahir Nawaz, Raja Tahir Nawaz Abbasi, through advocate Azizuddin Kakakhel, filed an application in the Election Commission, stating that PTI intra-party elections were not conducted according to the party constitution, elections were conducted by forming a dummy panel, it was the responsibility of PTI secretary general to conduct PTI intra-party elections. The Secretary General should be instructed to hold elections again.
