Under the image were the words: "Just to say you fellow are [sic] from "good" family wont [sic] make you one [smiley face emoji] Ohhh! Furthermore, the young men, appreciate until it comes on your better half/sister/mother [smiley face emoji] You know what your identity is!".
Hameed said in her case that Sheik reposted this story and requested that her adherents follow this page.
The fifth distribution was a repost of an Instagram story from @PeoplePakistan (a page kept up with by the respondent; however she reposted it on her @shanzaysheikh page).
The story comprised of a photo of a court working underneath which were the words: "Did you be aware? There is a regulation in Pakistan under which individuals who post improper substance via online entertainment while being abroad could be held in a preliminary". Sheik reposted the story with a red heart emoticon.
Hameed let the court know that the importance of the WhatsApp message was perfectly clear and it recognized her as the individual behind the @gossip_girl_lahore page and passed on the reasonable message that she was being scrutinized by the FIA.
Sheik's legal advisor acknowledged that the primary distribution distinguished Hameed and let the adjudicator know that Sheik was not behind the distribution albeit the court request named Hameed.
