ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) organizer Imran Khan moved the High Court on Wednesday against the dismissal of his assignment papers in the February 8 surveys from Lahore and Mianwali voting public.
The selection papers of the previous state head were dismissed for two Public Gathering supporters — Lahore's NA-122 and Mianwali's NA-89 — for the races.
"The PTI pioneer has been indicted," the returning official (RO) relegated to examine the designation papers of the NA-122 supporters said, making sense of the premise of the choice, managing a disaster for the PTI in front of the surveys.

In his request under the watchful eye of the High Court, Khan asked the court to pronounce him qualified to challenge the races from the two electorates.
