Pesters over not eliminating Sami Ibrahim's name from restricted travel backlog.
His name was placed on ECL later on solicitation of police, court told.

In one more help for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), the Islamabad High Court on Friday guided the inside service to eliminate the name of the previous decision party's legal advisor Babar Awan's name from the Leave Control Rundown (ECL).

Recently, the IHC had suspended sentence of PTI pioneer Imran Khan and his companion, Bushra Bibi, in the Toshakhana case.

The public authority had put Awan's name on the ECL over his supposed contribution in the £190 million settlement case. He was the individual from the Al-Qadir Trust.

Over the span of the procedures, Islamabad High Court Bar President Riasat Ali Azad, Awan's advice, informed the court that his client's name was added to the restricted travel backlog because of a request connected with the trust.

"At the point when the reference was documented, the applicant's name was not referenced in that frame of mind of the charged," he contended.

The attorney begged the court to eliminate his client's name from the leave control list as he was named in the refence.

Subsequent to hearing contentions from both the sides, Equity Saman Rafat Imtiaz requested the authority worried to eliminate Awan's name structure the ECL.

For another situation, Boss Equity Aamer Farooq-drove IHC seat requested the chief general of the inside service's migration and identification division to restore the visa of PTI-supported MNA Makhdoom Zain Hussain Qureshi — child of PTI Bad habit Director Shah Mahmood Qureshi.

Hearing his request looking for expulsion of his name from the restricted travel backlog and recharging of his identification, the IHC looked for answer from the service until April 29.

Capture warrants gave for secretary inside

Incensed by "ridiculing" the court's requests, IHC Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan gave the capture warrants for secretary inside service for not eliminating the name of Sami Ibrahim from the restricted travel backlog.

Hearing Ibrahim's request, the IHC judge communicated his disappointment after the writer's name was not taken off from the ECP in spite of court's organization and looked for a report in such manner from the inside secretary in one hour or less.

That's what the adjudicator cautioned assuming he neglects to present a palatable response, a hatred of court procedures would be started against him. The public investigator advised the court that the DG visa was headed to the court.

In the interim, the court gave bailable capture warrants for the secretary inside service and requested the concerned SHO to deliver the official at 2:30pm.

Meanwhile, the DG arrived at the court and advised the appointed authority that the court's arranged had been executed.

Ibrahim's name was not added to the ECL around then, he said, adding that his name was placed on the restricted travel backlog later on the solicitation of the police.
