Rawalpindi: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf central leader Omar Ayub says that we want to meet Imran Khan, but the government is going back on its word.

Efforts are underway to meet PTI leaders with PTI founder Imran Khan, and on the instructions of Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Omar Ayub, Faisal Chaudhry has contacted the prison authorities.

In this regard, Faisal Chaudhry Advocate says that on the instructions of Omar Ayub, contact was made with the jail authorities for a meeting. Efforts are being made to make it possible to meet the founder before the third phase of negotiations.

Faisal Chaudhry said that he told the prison authorities that today is the day of the meeting, so arrangements should be made for the meeting. The prison authorities have not yet said anything about the meeting of the negotiation committee

On the other hand, while talking to the media at the Judicial Complex in Islamabad, PTI leader Omar Ayub said that there are three demands related to the talks: May 9, the judicial commission of November 26, and the release of the workers are among the demands.

Omar Ayub said that the founder wanted to meet with the PTI but the meeting was not arranged. We were told that arranging a meeting is not included in the prison manual. The government is going back on its word. If the government really has the authority, then the founder should arrange a meeting with the PTI.

It should be noted that yesterday, Senator Irfan Siddiqui, the spokesperson for the government's negotiating committee, also admitted that talks could not be held with the PTI negotiating committee.

They said that we should implement the promises we make so that when we ask them to fulfill their promises, our words carry more weight.

Irfan Siddiqui said that when we made the commitment to arrange a meeting between the PTI negotiation committee and Imran Khan, we should have fulfilled it, however, no member of the committee is responsible for arranging the meeting
