The court wrote in its judgment that the consent of the conciliation council would be required for the second marriage despite the consent of the wife.
The court ruled that if a person marries after the refusal of the conciliation council despite the consent of the first wife, he will be punished for the second marriage. After which, in August 2020, the Supreme Court had ruled that the first wife or the consent of the arbitration council was required for the second marriage, and the first wife would have to pay the dowry immediately on the second marriage without permission. According to the order of the Supreme Court, the first wife will have to pay the dowry immediately on the second marriage without permission.
Whether the seal is hasty or not, it will be paid immediately. It should be noted that second marriage without the permission of the first wife is against the law but it is also inappropriate to keep the second wife unaware of the first wife. This is the reason why such cases are being reported in the family courts every day.
