As the hearing of the case began in the Islamabad High Court on Monday, Attorney General of Pakistan Khalid Javed Khan informed the court that Prime Minister Imran Khan had met the family of missing journalist Mudassar Naro on December 9.

The Islamabad Supreme Court of Justice asked how much time the Attorney General and lawyers needed to help the court. Mudassar Naro's lawyer Iman Hazir Mazari responded by saying he was ready to assist the court from tomorrow but the attorney general said he needed time after which the trial was adjourned until January 18.
