A documentary aired on Turkey's popular social media platform One Forty Journos (140journos) discusses the concept of the state and a criminal, Syedat Packer.
After months of making serious allegations against the state, Syed Packer has reappeared. Many people who have appeared in this documentary have said that they did not know that this documentary would also include Sadat Pakkar.
Different opinions are being expressed about this video.
Particular interest is being shown in Turkey in this documentary, in which the former head of a criminal organization and convicted criminals are referring to the relationship between state institutions and the mafia in the past.
The video was produced by the online platform One Forty Journal, which was viewed by more than 800,000 people as of December 13. Syedat Packer is thought to have lived in self-imposed exile in the United Arab Emirates.
Syedat Packer created a storm in Turkey in May with his YouTube videos. In his videos, he made serious allegations against several government officials, journalists and businessmen.
Those convicted by Syedat have denied the allegations. But Syed Packer's allegations have sparked a controversy in Turkey over links between criminal gangs and members of the media.
Several arrest warrants have also been issued in this regard.
Sadat Pukkar has been trying to portray himself as a humane businessman since his release from prison in 2014
Syedat Packer released his last video in July. Although he has been making constant claims from his Twitter account, his Twitter handle has been silent since November 24.
UAE Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed arrived in Turkey on November 24 to meet with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and has been the subject of speculation since then.
Ecker, a pro-Turkish opposition journalist, claims that Sadat is under house arrest.
The documentary features journalists Ismail Simaz and Irfan Aktan, educationist Barack Begum Ozpak and ruling AKP politician Blunt Arinc.
Politician Bulant Arinc and journalist Irfan Aktan have said that they were not told that Syedat Packer was also included in the documentary.
Journalist Ismail Aktan says he talked about the state's Kurdish policy and the current government structure. If I had known that Syedat Packer was also involved in this documentary, I would never have talked to him," he said.
It is said at the beginning of the video that the participants in the documentary have nothing to do with each other and they do not know who will be involved in this video.
Blantyre Arch said in a talk show on the opposition Hulk TV that he had not talked about Syedat Packer. They didn't tell me that Packer was in the documentary."
