According to Kashmir Media Service, political experts and analysts said in their interviews and statements that the biased and unilateral decision of the Indian Supreme Court cannot change the fact that India has illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. He said that the Indian judiciary has always played the role of a puppet to justify India's illegal occupation of Jammu and Kashmir.
He further said that the Supreme Court of India has no right to decide the legality of the internationally recognized disputed territory. Legal measures are a blatant violation of UN resolutions. He expressed regret that India is completely ignoring the right of Kashmiris to decide their own future as per the UN resolutions and diverting the attention of the international community from the serious human rights violations going on in Occupied Kashmir. He is constantly resorting to lies.
Political experts and analysts clarified that India's refusal to give Kashmiris their inalienable right to self-determination is the main reason for the Kashmir conflict. The final solution to the conflict lies in the United Nations resolutions, which include opinions in the occupied territory under the supervision of the international organization. A census has been demanded. He further added that the silence of the international community has encouraged the Modi government to pursue its expansionist ambitions in South Asia. He urged the United Nations to fulfill its responsibilities regarding the right of self-determination of Kashmiris.
